Delivery Policy

We hope you will enjoy browsing through our extensive ranges of throws, rugs and lots more furnishings and accessories for your home and rest assured your order will be processed as soon as we receive it just the same as ever.

Please do not hesitate to give us a call or email us if you would like information any of our products or if you would like any help in selecting furnishings to compliment your existing décor or to create a new look for your room.

Delivery is within 5 working days* – if you would like your parcel delivery to be left on your doorstep or a designated area such as a porch, just let us know on the Additional Delivery Instructions Box on the order form when placing your order and we will pass this on to the courier for you.

We would like to assure all of you that here at The Sofa Throw Company we are continuing to operate as normal and we are working together with our amazing suppliers and courier service to ensure all your orders are processed and dispatched as smoothly as ever while observing the new social distancing workplace measures.

The courier cost for delivery to all UK mainland addresses is a flat rate of £10 per order and £4.95 on orders under £14.95.

We can ship overseas – to Europe, Canada, united states, Australia and New Zealand – please contact us by phone or email info@thesofathrowcompany.com and let us know the items you would like and your delivery address – we use a very good and economical overseas shipping service and we will get the best possible rate for you

*Please give any special delivery instructions on your order form if applicable. Please note that instructions for goods to be left in any place where no one is available to sign for the delivery are entirely at the customer’s own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for any theft, damage or loss that may subsequently occur.

*We will notify you if your goods are not able to be despatched within this timescale. Any delivery times quoted are estimates, based on availability and normal delivery time.

If your order has not been delivered within 5 days of submission and no shipping details are shown on the order status, please contact us immediately so that we can trace and track the goods with the delivery service accordingly.

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards via SagePay Secure Payment Gateway. Simply select the card payment on the order form to take you through to secure encrypted card payments. We also accept payment via PayPal , and if this is your preferred method of payment simply select the PayPal payment option on the order form to take you through to PayPal payments – you can simply select whichever is the most convenient payment option for you – either the card payment option or PayPal payment option when placing your order, in the knowledge that your transaction will be quick, easy and totally safe.
