We are happy to accept goods returned to us for exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt as long as the items are received back to us unused and in original package. Our returns address is below please enclose a note with your name, address and order number.
Cost of goods will be refunded within 14 days of receipt back to. Please note postage costs are not refundable as these are the direct cost of the courier and postal services. See our extended Christmas returns period above.
